About the role
- Work with senior leadership to determine KPIs
- Establish yourself as a dynamic event marketer
- Own and execute the yearly conference calendar
- Produce detailed proposals for events
- Oversee all event operations and initiatives
- Manage all pre-event and post-event training
- Develop strong relationships with association contacts
Requirements
- 5+ years of event or experiential or field marketing experience
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A positive attitude
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Business
- Experience working across multiple buyer segments: B2C and B2B
- Ability to travel
