About the role
- Own the full sales cycle for first-time sales (FTS) within the Private Practice SMB segment (primarily practices with <50 providers)
- Prospect, qualify, and convert both inbound and outbound leads with a strong focus on pipeline generation
- Sell Medbridge’s Care solutions (HEP, RTM, Pathways) and Educate platform with a focus on solution-based selling
- Effectively navigate buying committees, including practice owners, clinical leaders, and billing/IT decision makers
- Build consultative relationships with prospects by understanding business challenges, clinical workflows, and reimbursement models
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and support to deliver an exceptional buyer experience
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce
Requirements
- 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in a healthcare SaaS environment
- Experience selling to or working in outpatient rehab settings (PT/OT/SLP) is highly preferred
- Familiarity with Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) and hybrid care concepts
- Strong outbound prospecting skills and comfort operating in a high-velocity sales motion
- Ability to effectively manage multiple sales cycles at once, prioritize tasks, and drive urgency
- Self-starter with a bias for action and curiosity to learn
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience
