About the role

  • Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Project Manager will work with a diverse group of partners including internal and external stakeholders, clinical and non-clinical resources.
  • Deliver projects that support the organization’s strategic plan and operational business plan.
  • Oversee project implementation activities while assigning project resources as appropriate.
  • Goal will be to deliver the project initiatives on time, within budget and within scope.
  • Major responsibilities include: project planning, project execution & control, monitoring project deliverables, and guiding development of sustainability plans.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in business administration, operation management or related field or a combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum five years experience in a progressively responsible leadership position.
  • Minimum two years experience in project management related activities.
  • Experience managing large scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management and change management.
  • PMP designation is considered an asset.
  • Strong understanding and demonstrated experience with business analysis is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially spreadsheets, word processing and database software.
  • Excellent time management skills, demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual, English and French considered an asset.
