Oversee and enhance Oracle, Microsoft SQL, and MySQL environments
Manage installations, upgrades, migrations, patching, and compliance
Maintain secure, reliable, and high-performing database services through automation and tuning
Collaborate with development and operational teams to troubleshoot and optimize queries
Contribute to database design and support cross-team IT projects
Maintain accurate documentation and assist in ongoing evolution of database services
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule with remote access

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or related field
Minimum 5 years of Oracle database administration or application development experience
Experience with UNIX and Windows OS, Linux Bash/Shell scripting, Oracle Datapump, SQLPlus, and PLSQL
Knowledge of GitLab, Discoverer, Oracle reports, ITIL, SOA, and RUP methodologies preferred
Experience with Oracle database, MSSQL database, MySQL database, SQL Language, PL SQL Developer, Oracle Discoverer, Cognos, Crystal Reports, Hyperion, Oracle Designer and Enterprise Architect
English (Written and Spoken) required; French (Spoken) is an asset
Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B) with required checks
