About the role
- Developing, launching, and optimizing end-to-end digital campaigns (lead generation, demand generation, and nurture) across channels, including search, social, email, and display
- Owning and managing HubSpot content, workflows, and marketing automations to support scalable campaign execution and lead management
- Collaborating with internal creative resources to guide the development of high-performing campaign assets, including landing pages, ads, and email content
- Analyzing campaign performance using tools such as HubSpot, Dynamics, Power BI, and Tableau, and translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Partnering closely with Sales, Sales Operations, and Product teams to ensure seamless lead flow, tracking, and alignment with business goals
- Building and executing audience-specific nurture programs (email, retargeting, etc.) to engage prospects throughout the decision journey.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience executing and optimizing multi-channel, multi-tier B2B2C digital marketing campaigns
- Experience in insurance, employee benefits, or association-based marketing environments is strongly preferred
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot and marketing automation platforms, with the ability to own workflows and campaign execution
- Experience working with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, Tableau) to measure and report on performance
- Demonstrated ability to operate with urgency, influence stakeholders, and make data-driven recommendations
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally and managing external partners or agencies.
