About the role
- Provide operational oversight of clinical case coordination within the state
- Ensure consistent, high-quality support to surgeons and hospital teams
- Combine team leadership, case planning and clinical governance
- Assist in resolving day-to-day issues relating to case coverage and clinical expectations
- Maintain consistency of clinical support to meet surgeon and hospital expectations
- Act as a role model for professional conduct and patient-focused care
- Support the introduction of new products from a clinical readiness perspective
Requirements
- Experience in orthopaedic clinical support or a comparable medical device environment
- Experience supporting or supervising a small team (1–3 staff), formally or informally
- Credibility and confidence working with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital theatre teams
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Clear, practical communication and issue-resolution skills
- A disciplined, safety-focused approach to clinical support
- Willingness to participate in on-call and after-hours coverage
