About the role

  • Support the Human Resources team broadly
  • Perform essential administrative and operational tasks
  • Manage end-to-end Recruitment & Selection processes for assistant and analyst positions
  • Support leadership in hiring processes for management and/or technical specialist roles
  • Conduct initial interviews (cultural fit and technical)
  • Manage the recruitment pipeline
  • Assist with the onboarding program for new hires
  • Support the Training & Development (T&D) team
  • Provide support for Culture and Internal Marketing (Endomarketing)
  • Assist in generating HR metrics (People Analytics)

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Human Resources with a focus on Talent Attraction & Selection and DHO (People & Organizational Development)
  • Experience with the Solides system is desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, and/or related fields
