About the role
- Support the Human Resources team broadly
- Perform essential administrative and operational tasks
- Manage end-to-end Recruitment & Selection processes for assistant and analyst positions
- Support leadership in hiring processes for management and/or technical specialist roles
- Conduct initial interviews (cultural fit and technical)
- Manage the recruitment pipeline
- Assist with the onboarding program for new hires
- Support the Training & Development (T&D) team
- Provide support for Culture and Internal Marketing (Endomarketing)
- Assist in generating HR metrics (People Analytics)
Requirements
- Previous experience in Human Resources with a focus on Talent Attraction & Selection and DHO (People & Organizational Development)
- Experience with the Solides system is desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, and/or related fields
