About the role

  • Observe, investigate, and audit processes within a business segment or functional area as directed in alignment with an established project
  • Assist in the Proctor Error Report process (PER) and prepare documentation and process quality compliance reports by collecting and summarizing information and trends
  • Share knowledge and provide coaching on processes and systems within the team and cross functionally, as needed
  • Assist in the identification and documentation of process risks and associated impacts; assist in the development of methods to reduce such risks
  • Other relevant projects as needed or assigned

Requirements

  • Experience with Meazure Learning applications and/or in the Higher Education / Academic industry preferred
  • Assertive, with the ability to work well collaborating as part of a team
  • Process-oriented with ability to juggle multiple projects with thoroughness and precision, to prioritize and to meet aggressive deadlines
  • Comfortable working autonomously with ability to discern the difference between situations that require escalation, those that require immediate attention without escalation, and those that are important but not immediate
  • Focused on getting results for the customer and company; resourceful in solving problems and comfortable making decisions
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • High energy, relentless optimism in pursuit of achieving outcomes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft
