Account Executive

• Establish strong client relationships and grow our business through increased volumes, cross-sell other Meazure Learning products & services, or add additional tests or divisions.
• Team with Client Success team to ensure high customer satisfaction and maximize renewals.
• Generate demand by assisting clients to identify current needs, and then effectively articulate how Meazure Learning can add value through our services, solutions and partnerships.
• Serve as a trusted & consultative strategic advisor with our clients.
• Conduct ongoing status calls and account reviews to deliver insights to client executives.
• Leverage Meazure Learning’s sales tools and methodology to effectively manage accounts, opportunities, and pipeline.
• Be accountable for maintaining, reporting and measuring data through Salesforce.com.
• Develop a positive client relationship by overseeing client requests, addressing issues, resolving escalations and providing appropriate internal communications.
• Drive client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of the clients’ buying process by tailoring the experience and taking ownership of the sales process.
• Build trust, credibility, and long-term relationships by developing client advocates who support Meazure Learning.
• Develop account and opportunity plans.
• Negotiate between internal stakeholders to achieve an optimal outcome for the client and company.
• Collaborate across internal teams to resolve escalations, identify trends, or recommend efficiencies to enhance the client relationship.
• Promote company image, brand through marketing and thought leadership.
• Meet and exceed annual sales quota and retention target.
• Up to 25% travel including client meetings and conferences.

Business Development Rep

• Coordinate entire sales process from prospecting and demand creation to close and activation
• Build an internal network of stakeholders and develop key relationships within prospect accounts
• Generate demand by assisting prospects to identify current needs, and then effectively articulate how Meazure Learning can add value through our services, solutions and partnerships
• Work closely with the RFP team in planning, writing/editing, and delivering RFI/RFP responses
• Serve as a trusted & consultative strategic advisor to our prospects
• Leverage Meazure Learning’s sales tools and methodology to effectively manage accounts, opportunities, and pipeline
• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
• Be accountable for maintaining, reporting and measuring data through Salesforce.com
• Manage prospect expectations and contribute to a high level of prospect satisfaction during the sales process
• Create and execute market vertical plan and strategy for closing net new business to meet or exceed quota
• Continuously improve sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify problems and bring solutions where and when required
• Drive client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of the clients’ buying process by tailoring the experience and taking ownership of the sales process

• Set and manage team quotas, pipeline goals, and performance metrics tied directly to revenue outcomes.
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and commercial ownership across the organization.
• Support the team to drive strategic growth within existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and contract expansions.
• Partner with executive leadership to design and execute go-to-market strategies for expanding share of wallet within top clients.
• Monitor and manage sales activity and account health to ensure consistent performance.
• Cultivate trusted, executive-level relationships with key clients to position the company as a strategic partner.
• Support the team acting as a strategic advisor to clients, ensuring alignment between their goals and company offerings.
• Lead high-stakes negotiations and renewals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes that drive long-term revenue.
• Align account strategies with client business objectives to unlock new commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Finance to develop strategic growth plans for priority accounts.
• Develop and implement account management frameworks, playbooks, and best practices.
• Support team in analyzing account performance data and client insights to guide sales tactics and portfolio strategy.
• Ensure account management practices are standardized, scalable, and aligned with broader organizational goals.
• Work with Revenue Operations team to implement sales tools, CRM processes, and performance dashboards to improve pipeline visibility and team effectiveness.
• Develop incentive structures and compensation plans that reward revenue generation and client growth.
• Continuously evaluate and refine account segmentation, coverage models, and account planning frameworks.
