Social Media Manager

• Schedule and publish approved content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, X, and other platforms
• Adapt formatting per platform including captions, image sizing, link placement, and native upload requirements
• Run the QC checklist on every post before it goes live, no exceptions
• Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions across all client accounts multiple times daily
• Triage interactions: respond directly to routine ones, draft (but do not send) anything requiring the Social Media Manager's input, and escalate anything high-risk within a defined SLA
• Maintain an escalation log for anything flagged upward
• Execute the reposting cadence built by the Social Media Manager across platforms
• Flag resurfacing opportunities the Social Media Manager hasn't already identified
• Resize existing designs for cross-platform use as needed (no original design work required)
• Pull raw analytics monthly across clients including engagement, reach, impressions, and CTR
• Build and populate the report deck structure using a defined template; the Social Media Manager adds strategic narrative
• Flag notable metric shifts weekly, not just at month-end
• Maintain the shared content calendar so status is always visible without the Social Media Manager having to chase it
• Proactively flag deadline risk before it becomes a problem
• Run a weekly competitor scan across client-provided lists, compiling content and format shifts into a short recurring summary
• Maintain Canva and Drive folder structures and naming conventions per client
• Keep the approved asset library organized and current
• Execute the onboarding checklist for new clients as needed
• Surface friction points from daily execution and participate in periodic QC checklist reviews as the system evolves
