About the role
- Lead development and implementation of the Consulting RD (Registered Dietitian) program, including pricing models, service tiers, and operational workflows.
- Set up and oversee daily operations of consulting services, including scheduling, payroll, credentialing, and quality assurance.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to define technology requirements for the RD app, compliance automation, and reporting dashboards.
- Manage relationships with reseller partners to integrate RD services into bundled offerings.
- Build and maintain a high-performing network of Registered Dietitians (W-2 and 1099), including recruitment, onboarding, and training.
- Ensure compliance with CMS, HIPAA, and state licensure regulations across service regions.
- Monitor KPIs including revenue, utilization rates, quality scores, and client satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in dietetics, clinical consulting, or healthcare operations within long-term care or healthcare environments
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) with active licensure in at least one U.S. state or Canadian province an asset.
- Proven experience building, scaling, or leading consulting or clinical service models
- Strong working knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards (CMS, HIPAA, MDS, PDPM, IDDSI)
- Experience implementing or operating telehealth, digital, or AI-enabled healthcare tools
- Familiarity with EMR systems and foodservice management software
- Master’s degree in Health Administration, Nutrition, Business, or a related field is a strong asset
