About the role

  • Support and maintain the People Team operations
  • Focus on the ongoing implementation of effective HR practices and day-to-day People Operations
  • Guide company recruitment efforts by submitting and managing job requisitions, processing candidate applications ensuring timely communication and supporting hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes; managing employees through the HRIS, coordinating with internal partners and intuitively using our systems off/onboarding checklists.
  • Track local compliance with all current employment legislation in your region, ensuring that all company policies, procedures & compliance requirements are up to date
  • Support the administration of Meal Ticket’s annual performance evaluation and reward cycles;
  • Maintain accurate HRIS data, including updates to employee profiles, changes, promotions, and documentation management.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR/People Operations with strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment compliance requirements
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, and payroll technologies
  • Relevant academic degree (e.g., Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong communication, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, dynamic, high-velocity situations.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to follow confidentiality protocols both inside and outside the company.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex People/HR issues to non-HR team members in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
