About the role
- Own your territory - prospect, visit, and build lasting relationships with care providers across DFW or Houston to drive referral growth.
- Run in-service presentations and train care provider staff so they can confidently refer families to Meadow.
- Stay connected with existing partners, close the loop on referrals, and keep relationships warm and productive over time.
- Support referred families with empathy and clarity during one of life's hardest moments.
- Personally deliver cremated remains to families (~20% of role) - a meaningful, human touchpoint that sets Meadow apart.
- Keep partner data and performance metrics sharp in HubSpot, and continuously improve your approach based on results.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a relationship-driven field: real estate, insurance, healthcare, or similar.
- Relationship-driven - you thrive on networking, building trust, and influencing decision-makers over time.
- Excellent communicator - comfortable presenting to groups, running in-service trainings, and engaging diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated and accountable - you take full ownership of your territory and don't need to be micromanaged.
- Adaptable problem-solver - resourceful, curious, and energized by ambiguity rather than slowed by it.
- You speak Spanish. Many of the families we serve are Spanish-speaking.
- You’ve worked in a startup or tech environment and are comfortable in a fast-moving, tool-driven workflow.
