About the role
- Manage a portfolio of clients (clients of medium complexity in terms of criticality, size, revenue, and relationship) through actions that develop a commercial relationship between the client and the brand, ensuring all clients are served according to their needs in an assertive and timely manner.
- Conduct contract negotiations and maintain coverage of active policies by tracking proposal renewal dates with each operator and/or insurer to guarantee contract revenue retention.
- Ensure the management of the relationship between the client and the operator and/or insurers through regular alignments and monitoring of the contracted services to ensure operational efficiency and satisfaction with the services provided.
- Negotiate with operators, insurers, and/or clients by gathering the data and information required for the renewal process to ensure adjustments fully meet the client’s needs.
- Prepare reports and/or presentations with indicators by organizing data, information, and quantitative and qualitative analyses to present policy results to the client.
- Participate in market studies by conducting research aimed at collecting data to structure proposals, seeking options that fully meet the client’s needs within the renewal timeline.
- Present market study results to the client via in-person meetings, phone calls, and/or digital tools to demonstrate options that fully meet the client’s needs.
- Complete all necessary controls for Market Studies, Renewals, Adjustments, Commissioning and Brokerage, Health Management, Committees, Strategic Meetings, etc., by entering required data and information to ensure the scope of the agreed work with the client is fulfilled.
- Identify improvement opportunities through mappings performed during process execution, application of procedures, and workflows, suggesting actions that enable continuous improvement in order to continuously enhance products and/or services.
- Provide necessary support and/or service by supplying data and/or information related to products and/or services so that everyone can be served according to their needs in an agile and assertive manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of ANS regulations and rules, account onboarding and/or management of client portfolios in the middle market segment, and insurable and non-insurable benefits
- Customer focus, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, logical reasoning, organization, and negotiation skills
