About the role

  • Identify potential prospects (leads) through proactive prospecting and acquisition of new prospects (phone calls, e-mails, LinkedIn, etc.) to initiate commercial relationships and generate new business.
  • Manage the Sales Pipeline by organizing all stages such as Prospecting, Proposal Submission, Follow-up and Closing to control, monitor progress and forecast sales results.
  • Map prospects by understanding their profiles, behaviors and characteristics to qualify potential prospects and prioritize those with high purchasing power.
  • Provide human-centered service through attentive and welcoming dialogue, delivering necessary information about products and services within established service and quality standards.
  • Perform other related and job-inherent activities as required by the area, through training, professional development and guidance from the immediate supervisor to ensure continuous professional growth as a learning opportunity and according to area needs.
  • Actively contribute to the development of performance indicators (KPIs), objectives and key results (OKRs) and new commercial projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management or related fields
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience in active client prospecting focused on the insurance market
  • Customer-focused, professional, collaborative, innovative, business-oriented, with assertive communication, pipeline management and negotiation skills
  • Solid knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) lines
