About the role
- Lead strategic revenue growth initiatives across target markets, industries, or service lines.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and strategic clients.
- Develop and execute growth strategies aligned to company revenue targets.
- Partner closely with sales/producers, marketing, and client service leaders to convert pipeline into revenue.
- Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and client needs to inform growth strategy.
- Build and oversee pipeline generation programs (events, broker relationships, strategic partnerships, campaigns).
- Track KPIs including pipeline growth, win rates, and revenue expansion.
- Support development of go-to-market strategies for new services or verticals.

- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 8–12+ years in business development, growth strategy, or enterprise sales
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA often preferred)
- Experience in professional services, consulting, insurance, or managed services environments preferred
- Proven ability to develop pipeline and close strategic deals
- Strong market analysis and revenue forecasting capabilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and executive leadership
- Experience managing complex enterprise relationships and long sales cycles
- Strong communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills required
