About the role
- Work alongside your people leader and team to deliver solutions for a diverse client base
- Support identification of high-quality candidates for Financial Services, Insurance, Technology & Life Sciences and other regulated markets
- Collaborate with colleagues across the wider consulting teams to deliver a broad range of solutions
- Support Resource Consultants' development by providing training and coaching
- Source, build and develop strong candidate and client relationships
- Build and nurture a talent community through networking and conversations
- Work with Consultants to understand client requirements and employer value propositions
- Build strong market knowledge of vertical markets and share market information with the team
- Attract, advise, interview and negotiate with high-level candidates to create win-win partnerships
- Use Davies suite of technology, social media and CV libraries to advertise, market, and source
- Conduct face-to-face pre-screening interviews to assess suitability and cultural fit
- Attend client briefings to assess client requirements alongside your manager
- Manage candidates end-to-end: research, recruit, source, deliver
- Provide advice, guidance and coaching to candidates on interviewing and skills testing
- Qualify job specifications and salary information and record accurate comprehensive job descriptions
Requirements
- Self-motivated, success driven, confident communication skills and an active listener
- Someone who enjoys autonomy and building / managing a portfolio of candidates
- Enjoys engaging with potential job seekers on the phone, virtually and in person.
- Process driven with excellent attention to detail.
- A general knowledge of the Financial Services Sector (recruitment training and development is offered)
