About the role

  • Work alongside your people leader and team to deliver solutions for a diverse client base
  • Support identification of high-quality candidates for Financial Services, Insurance, Technology & Life Sciences and other regulated markets
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the wider consulting teams to deliver a broad range of solutions
  • Support Resource Consultants' development by providing training and coaching
  • Source, build and develop strong candidate and client relationships
  • Build and nurture a talent community through networking and conversations
  • Work with Consultants to understand client requirements and employer value propositions
  • Build strong market knowledge of vertical markets and share market information with the team
  • Attract, advise, interview and negotiate with high-level candidates to create win-win partnerships
  • Use Davies suite of technology, social media and CV libraries to advertise, market, and source
  • Conduct face-to-face pre-screening interviews to assess suitability and cultural fit
  • Attend client briefings to assess client requirements alongside your manager
  • Manage candidates end-to-end: research, recruit, source, deliver
  • Provide advice, guidance and coaching to candidates on interviewing and skills testing
  • Qualify job specifications and salary information and record accurate comprehensive job descriptions

Requirements

  • Self-motivated, success driven, confident communication skills and an active listener
  • Someone who enjoys autonomy and building / managing a portfolio of candidates
  • Enjoys engaging with potential job seekers on the phone, virtually and in person.
  • Process driven with excellent attention to detail.
  • A general knowledge of the Financial Services Sector (recruitment training and development is offered)
