💰 £35,000 - £40,000 per year
About the role
- Develop and maintain key and new client relationships, including attendance at appropriate client meetings
- Management of service delivery and quality to key disease clients
- Assist in increasing the profile of Keoghs NI in the Disease market (which may include the production of marketing information including articles/blogs, delivering training/seminars etc)
- Handling own caseload including high value/complex/nominated cases with appropriate assistance and agreed performance metrics (chargeable hours and billing)
- Contribution to relevant contract tender submissions
- Contribute to the development of key strategies to combat opponent behaviours
Requirements
- Previous experience in litigated defendant insurance work up to £500k including Disease cases, particularly industrial disease claims including HAVS, Mesothelioma, Plaques and Asbestosis claims, Dermatitis and hearing loss claims.
- An ability to prioritise workload & strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with case management systems
- Proven track record in working within a team within a legal environment
- Previous experience of contributing tenders and pricing
