Account Executive

• Play a pivotal role in expanding our presence across the DACH region.
• Take full ownership of the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and discovery calls to product demonstrations, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Become an expert in our software solutions, building strong relationships with prospects, understanding their operational challenges, and showing how MCS can transform their rental business.
• Work closely with Marketing, Implementation, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless experience from the first contact through to go-live.
• Enjoy the challenge of generating new business, managing a rich sales pipeline, and delivering value at every stage of the customer journey.
