• Oversee the full people lifecycle—from talent acquisition and onboarding to culture-building, employee development, and engagement
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, applicant screening, proactive outreach, and coordination of interviews through BambooHR
• Foster a vibrant and inclusive culture aligned with our core values: Profit Minded, Quality Focused, and Value Driven
• Utilize Lattice to conduct employee engagement and pulse surveys; analyze feedback and lead action planning
• Serve as the point person for Human Resources processes, tools, and best practices—overseeing BambooHR and ensuring accurate employee records
