About the role
- Oversee the full people lifecycle—from talent acquisition and onboarding to culture-building, employee development, and engagement
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, applicant screening, proactive outreach, and coordination of interviews through BambooHR
- Foster a vibrant and inclusive culture aligned with our core values: Profit Minded, Quality Focused, and Value Driven
- Utilize Lattice to conduct employee engagement and pulse surveys; analyze feedback and lead action planning
- Serve as the point person for Human Resources processes, tools, and best practices—overseeing BambooHR and ensuring accurate employee records
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive responsibility in a strategic Human Resources or People and Culture role
- Experience implementing and managing HRIS and performance management systems like BambooHR and Lattice
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- CPHR designation (or equivalent) preferred but not required
- Experience in a small-to-mid-sized, professional services or accounting firm is a strong asset
