About the role
- The HR Executive Counselor will work with clients to identify their HR needs
- Delivering advisory services through regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings
- Facilitation of 4-to-8-hour long strategy sessions
- Active participation in all phases of the member lifecycle
- Evaluating client needs and developing custom initiative plans
- Host and/or facilitate business development efforts
- Collaborating with and coaching Sales colleagues
- Providing input into McLean & Companies research agenda
Requirements
- An undergraduate degree in related field
- 15+ years in HR with 5 years as the senior most leader of HR / CHRO
- In depth understanding of and subject matter expertise across multiple HR functions
- Experience in working directly with all members of the C-Suite and Boards of Directors
