About the role
- Manage customer satisfaction and support the field sales team
- Work closely with health system customers to help manage the customer relationship
- Negotiate or navigate the contracting process
- Professionally interface with customers, the field sales team, and internal teams
- Design solutions to meet the needs of our customers
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience
- 4-year college degree or 2+ years of equivalent experience
- Ability to travel up to 50% by car
- Attention to detail, organizational and problem resolution skills
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Healthcare or distribution experience preferred
