Achieve and exceed annual territory sales targets.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager team.
Collaborate closely with all departments of McKesson to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Lead trade show presence at multiple trade shows and conferences annually within the territory which may involve occasional weekends.
Manage sales funnel and sales process outputs, as well as accurately forecasting within assigned territory.
Set appointments and cultivate lead opportunities using multi-sourced data in collaboration with Regional Sales Manager team.
Perform other sales and company activities as directed.
Travel frequently to support industry events, as well as support internal and external customers.

Requirements

4-year College Degree or related and equivalent experience
1+ years sales experience in the healthcare space
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
High level verbal and written communication skills
Collaborative approach to working with colleagues
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task with strong problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license required
Experience and understanding of the US healthcare environment, especially within a retail pharmacy environment
Experience with Salesforce.com an asse
