About the role

  • Shape annual and quarterly OKRs and integrated growth roadmaps across specialties and channels
  • Lead the CGO operating rhythm, including leadership meetings, offsites, and communication forums
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives spanning Marketing, McKesson Technology/IT, Onboarding, etc.
  • Advance adoption of Outreach.io, SFDC, Highspot, and Digital Sales Rooms
  • Oversee onboarding improvements and pricing/underwriting approval workflows
  • Maintain strong relationships across partner functions
  • Develop compelling executive-ready PowerPoint presentations
  • Build and manage scorecards that provide visibility into pipeline velocity and digital tool adoption
  • Lead communication and enablement efforts for new processes

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Expertise with GTM enablement tools (SFDC, Outreach.io, Highspot)
  • Strong executive communication, influence, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to create high-impact executive presentations
