About the role
- Own a major digital platform that supports product functions
- Define and evolve long-term strategy for the digital platform
- Act as a bridge between engineering, design, business units, and external partners
- Own the backlog and ensure timely delivery of platform features
- Monitor and mitigate risks related to platform dependencies and integrations
Requirements
- 12+ years of professional experience in progressively advancing technical product management roles
- 4+ years of experience leading various aspects of technical product teams
- 4+ years of experience managing direct reports and working in a highly matrixed environment
- Hands-on experience in healthcare industry is a plus
- Demonstrated understanding of product technical product lifecycle management and agile methodologies
- Ability to align product strategy with organizational goals
- Strong analytical skills and experience developing cost-benefit analysis for digitally-based products
- Optional certifications: Certified Product Manager (CPM), Certified Innovation Leader (CIL), Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.
