About the role
- Process patient referrals and promptly schedule appointments.
- Confirm nurse availability and pharmacy delivery for treatments.
- Ensure all medical therapies are scheduled in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Contact patients to confirm their appointments and provide clear instructions.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls and emails in line with KPI standards.
Requirements
- Post-secondary diploma in customer service or administration.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer support in a call center or in an administrative role.
- Bilingual (English/French).
