Perform root‑cause analysis and implement long‑term fixes.
Identify and resolve recurring incidents to reduce mean time to resolution.
Support application deployments and DevOps workflows.
Create and refine processes to meet SLO/SLA targets.
Develop, maintain, and automate Disaster Recovery documentation.
Manage application‑related data tasks, including SQL queries, stored procedures, and jobs.
Participate in a 24/7 on‑call rotation.
Provide documentation and evidence for annual audits.

Requirements

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; typically 4+ years of relevant work experience.
4–7+ years with Windows Server administration.
4–7+ years supporting both fat‑client and web applications on Windows Server with SQL Server backends.
3+ years supporting system integrations (web services/APIs on IIS).
3+ years with automated build/provisioning processes.
Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, etc.) for application or cloud automation.
2+ years writing T-SQL and updating stored procedures.
