Establish and monitor KPIs for EUC performance and employee satisfaction
Champion user-centric technology experiences through collaboration with business stakeholders
Build and lead a high-performing EUC technology team with expertise in modern workplace solutions
Manage budgets for EUC infrastructure and software, ensuring cost efficiency and value delivery
Negotiate and manage vendor contracts to meet service level agreements and performance standards

Requirements

Degree or equivalent experience
Typically requires 12+ years of professional experience and 4+ years of management experience
10+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on EUC
Proven expertise in endpoint management, cloud based DaaS, VDI, and mobile device management
Strong track record managing distributed teams and complex technology environments
Strategic thinker with ability to translate business needs into EUC solutions
Deep knowledge of end-user computing architectures, collaboration tools, and endpoint security
Exceptional vendor management and contract negotiation skills
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Experience driving change management and adoption of new technologies.
