About the role
- Lead operational execution for healthcare practices entering or exiting the network
- Coordinate market entry with Business Development and Integrations Management teams
- Oversee end-to-end due diligence and integration activities
- Manage lease assignments and ensure proper setup of tax and utilities
- Partner with teams to manage onboarding of new practices

Requirements
- Degree or equivalent
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Expert knowledge of commercial (healthcare) real estate and lease structures
- Advanced proficiency in interpreting complex lease terms, financial models, and market analytics
- Proven ability to lead and execute comprehensive due diligence processes
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills
- Superior communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated experience managing intricate onboarding and exit strategies for healthcare practices
