About the role
- Supervision of Clinical Data Quality Leads
- Oversee and lead a team of Clinical Data Quality Leads
- Consult with the RWR leadership team on process improvement initiatives
- Provide insight and recommendations to improve data quality control processes
- Conduct chart reviews and perform quality checks on charts reviews conducted by chart review resources
Requirements
- 6+ years of healthcare experience in an oncology setting with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- At least 3 years of experience with patient chart abstraction in electronic medical records
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Excellent organizational, written and communication skills
- Oncology clinical experience strongly preferred
