Lead and develop a high-performing finance team responsible for CMM consolidations, cash flow, and financial systems, fostering teamwork, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
Deliver insightful, actionable reporting and executive-ready presentations to support strategic decision-making and high-growth initiatives.
Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization of forecasting and reporting in partnership with FP&A, pricing and accounting teams.
Provide financial analysis, challenge assumptions, and offer guidance to support business strategy and leadership decisions.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of management reports, product P&Ls, and compliance with monthly, quarterly, and annual finance requirements.
Identify trends, deliver market-aware insights, and make strategic recommendations to leadership.
Support senior leaders with ad hoc analysis, business case development, and key metrics.
Build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
12 + years’ experience in Financial Planning Analysis roles
6+ years in leadership role
Business Intelligence tool experience preferred, but not required.
Advanced Excel, Power Point
ERP and Planning tool experience (SAC and SAP a plus)
Experience with high growth and/or technology companies preferred
Experience in healthcare or Tech industry preferred
