Requirements
- 15+ years of professional experience
- 10+ years in diversified leadership roles
- Proven experience in product, technology, and/or data-driven roles in the healthcare industry
- Metrics-driven mindset with ability to define and measure impact
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and how AI technologies can support it
- Demonstrated success in leading change and transformation initiatives
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
