About the role
- Function as a subject matter expert and analyst for clinical application functions
- Implementation and support on project plans, addressing goals, deadlines, testing, implementation and post-live support
- Respond to and processes all activities for the maintenance and support of lab, pharmacy, and EHR platforms
- Optimize clinical workflows, identifying gaps in technology and processes
- Collaborate with PMO team to create project plan for implementation
- Work with application department staff and vendors to create level of customer service that exceeds user expectations
- Provides second level support for clinical applications
Requirements
- 6+ years’ experience in implementing or supporting healthcare solutions using information technology
- 6+ years of Pharmacy applications experience
- Subject matter expertise in Pharmacy business practices
- Working knowledge of clinical/healthcare field and computer applications
- Collaborative, customer-focused attitude and ability to create value for USON
- 4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
