Senior Art Director

Content Creator

• Brainstorm and concept original content pillars and individual posts that align with client KPIs and brand voice.
• Own the end-to-end process: scripting, storyboarding, lighting, filming (primarily on mobile) and audio capture.
• Edit high-energy videos with a deep understanding of platform-specific trends (transitions, trending audio, text overlays and pacing).
• Write punchy, platform-appropriate captions and on-screen text that drive engagement and clicks.
• Actively monitor TikTok and Meta ecosystems to identify emerging trends, sounds and memes before they peak, adapting them for our clients.
• Work closely with Brand Managers and Media Buyers to ensure content is optimized for both organic reach and paid performance.

Growth Marketing

• Own the McJ brand across all owned channels, including website, social, outbound marketing, merch, conferences, and events.
• Drive agency marketing initiatives with the goal of increasing awareness among CMOs and earning industry recognition.
• Develop, evolve and maintain how McJ communicates its positioning, culture, and capabilities.
• Lead internal and external brand storytelling, from credentials decks to website content.
• Support agency new business reviews and lead select pitches.
• Manage pitch processes end to end, including internal meetings, rehearsals, timelines, and deadlines.
• Lead scoping and pricing for reviews in partnership with the Operations Programs Manager.
• Collaborate with agency leadership to drive organic growth within existing clients.
• Stay current on agency marketing and new business best practices.
