• Serves as primary finance partner for assigned client accounts, building and managing scopes, estimates, and budgets across retainers, projects, and production.
• Monitors client profitability, ensures accurate revenue recognition, and flags financial risks early with proposed solutions.
• Collaborates with Brand and Production teams on scoping and pricing work, participating in client conversations requiring financial clarity or negotiation.
• Prepares monthly client forecasts, variance analysis, and translates financial data into actionable insights for agency-wide reporting and planning.
• Oversees client billing processes, ensures contracts and SOWs are financially sound, and continuously improves financial processes.
