About the role
- Lead end‑to‑end execution of the annual training plan, including scheduling and tracking.
- Coordinate key milestones in the talent cycle: goal setting and talent review.
- Design and deliver employee engagement and wellbeing activities.
- Support communication between employees, managers, and HR, ensuring clarity and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in talent development, employee engagement, or HR project coordination.
- Strong team player with effective listening, highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in online Talent & Learning platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Degreed).
- Fluency in Mandarin and English required.
