About the role

  • Support daily process improvement activities focusing on standardization and effective problem-solving
  • Assist in delivering continuous improvement projects and monitor follow-up actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive implementation of site priorities
  • Provide technical support to operators and contribute to aligning procedures across processing, packaging, maintenance, and engineering areas
  • Develop, update, and maintain plant documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and standard practices
  • Coordinate with Facility Management teams to ensure safe, reliable, and consistent site services
  • Support sourcing activities by identifying and evaluating local and international vendor alternatives
  • Participate regularly in Gemba walks and track actions to closure within agreed timelines

Requirements

  • Proven experience in production and/or engineering roles
  • Familiarity with plant operations and processing/packaging equipment
  • Basic understanding of continuous improvement methods and problem-solving tools
  • Good planning and organizational abilities
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Nice-to-have experience in food processing, pharmaceutical, or chemical manufacturing environments
