About the role
- Processing Customer Orders received via various platforms
- Work with Demand and Warehouse teams to ensure stock availability
- Investigate and process customer returns, credits and changes
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and Facebook
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Excellent communication both verbally and written
- Ability to prioritize own workload
- Able to work with customers, public and across all levels of business
- Understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- SAP experience preferred.
