About the role

  • Partner with Export team to support distributor management, business reviews, and opportunity mapping across Middle East, Africa, and select Asian export markets.
  • Support Developed Market Commercial Leader in driving GTM transformation, in-market execution, business development and distributor management for developed markets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, and Regulatory to enable fast issue resolution and unlock growth opportunities.
  • Liaise with US-based teams on regulatory approvals, product supply, labeling, and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct periodic business reviews, ensure sales target achievement, monitor A&P spend, forecast accuracy, and manage distributor performance.
  • Build rapport and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, leadership team members, and distributor partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • 8–10 years of experience in commercial roles, with strong background in export and direct distributor management.
  • Proven ability to deliver sales growth and manage complex markets.
  • Experience in FMCG / food industry is a must.
  • Excellent collaboration and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
  • High energy, passion to win, and entrepreneurial drive.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across export and developed markets.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Willingness to travel across SEA and export markets.
