About the role
- Partner with Export team to support distributor management, business reviews, and opportunity mapping across Middle East, Africa, and select Asian export markets.
- Support Developed Market Commercial Leader in driving GTM transformation, in-market execution, business development and distributor management for developed markets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, and Regulatory to enable fast issue resolution and unlock growth opportunities.
- Liaise with US-based teams on regulatory approvals, product supply, labeling, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct periodic business reviews, ensure sales target achievement, monitor A&P spend, forecast accuracy, and manage distributor performance.
- Build rapport and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, leadership team members, and distributor partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 8–10 years of experience in commercial roles, with strong background in export and direct distributor management.
- Proven ability to deliver sales growth and manage complex markets.
- Experience in FMCG / food industry is a must.
- Excellent collaboration and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
- High energy, passion to win, and entrepreneurial drive.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across export and developed markets.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Willingness to travel across SEA and export markets.
