About the role
- Overall support of operational procurement processes (Contract Manufacturing, Raw Materials or Packaging)
- Contract maintenance
- Pricing management and reporting
- Supplier OA monitoring & maintaining pricing files in SAP
- Resolving issues related to ordering process
- Managing material and vendor master data in various systems
- Responding to queries (from suppliers, factories, business)
- Providing general admin support to Buyers & Category Managers
- Preparing simple reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 4 years of work experience
- 2 or more years’ experience in operational procurement or production planning area
- Fluent English
- Practical experience in SAP (R3 or S4)
- Intermediate to advanced PC Skills in MS Word and Excel required
- Proactive in identifying and supporting customer needs
- Focus on details and quality of service delivered
- Problem solving skills
- Very good communication skills
- Team player
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts as required
