About the role
- To manage of Supply Planning for SAF business in Thailand & China to ship in time as the lead time agreement
- Strategy planning to ensure proper product availability and collaborate across supply chain to deliver sustainable competitive advantage for the company, their customers and suppliers
- Management of Supply Planning activity for SAF business in Thailand & China
- Monitoring and allocate orders and shipments to ensure optimizes Supply Dynamic and Service to generate business plan and keep relationship with supplier
- Development and implement strategies to assure Supply Planning activity
- Lead of establishing and improvement with the goal of maintaining a high performing
- Optimize and continuously improve service level of deliver on time
- Manage of Supply Planning team project and cross function project with high performance
- Reporting by monthly to management for highlighting the situation of UHT coconut milk
- Update monthly report for supply planning team for the highlight task
- Monitoring section scorecard and setting up the action plan for improvement in order to meet the target
- Resolve complex issues / propose-initiate immediate action to secure product shortage
- Manage suppliers to improve capability of planner and improve supply chain flexibility for quantity and delivery date change to match with customer requirements
- React to supplier capacity issues with appropriate urgency when required
- Negotiate with suppliers for the special case requirement to meet with business need
- Participate in the planning and forecasting process to meet the standard operating procedure
- Drive supplier to utilize forecast for planning raw material, product ship protect product shortage
- Manage supplier to control packaging inventory to protect slob rick of packaging and product write off
- Manage supplier with the timeline for new products support for NPD launch product on time
- Lead for collaborate with SAF team and supplier for create timeline for new product or new packaging launch product of Thai Kitchen on time as McCormick requirement
- Implement procedure for supplier conduct to protect product shortage manufacturing to meet customer requirements
- Training supplier process activities to improve score card
- Manage payment for co-packer when the payment overdue
- Manage supplier to make relationship and feedback with solutions proactively
- Manage the Supply Planning Department, coaching development of individual and open feedback team members to high performance
- Develop team-member’s skills to analyze and solve tooling
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
- At least 5 years experience in supply chain, logistics in import-export in food business
- 5 years experience in management
- Ability to build close relationship and working well with Thai suppliers and overseas customers
- Good communication skill
- Detail-oriented, diligent, highly responsible and problem solving skills
- Able to travel in upcountry independently
- Able to work both independently and as a team member
- Work well under pressure to meet customers’ requirement and deadline
- Positive thinking, systematic thinking, self motivate, strong leadership competency, effective problem solving ability, effective time management, decision making, organization skill, tolerant and flexible in different situations
