About the role
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions, including job postings, sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communications.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support hiring decisions.
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking strategies.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
- Prepare and coordinate offer letters and background checks.
- Track recruiting activity and metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate sources, and pipeline effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting data within the applicant tracking system and HRIS.
- Ensure recruiting practices and documentation comply with firm policies and applicable employment laws.
- Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruiting events as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree preferred.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms preferred.
- Exposure to Human Resources practices and employment processes preferred.
