About the role

  • Act as direct support to external Business Development Analysts
  • Monitor production schedules and orders, handling critical cases of early shipments or delays—from the request through product release for invoicing
  • Monitor forecast vs. sales for key premixes
  • Track sample requests and projects in development, ensuring deadlines, organization, and follow-up
  • Lead the daily project meeting, tracking performance KPIs by segment and for key projects
  • Prepare presentations in PowerPoint and Canva for internal meetings and client presentations
  • Gather data, trends, and market benchmarks to develop innovation materials and support commercial strategy
  • Map the portfolios of key clients to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare and update sales reports, project pipelines, and department results
  • Support continuous improvement of Business Development processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Chemistry, Food Engineering, Pharmacy, Nutrition, or related fields
  • Experience in the ingredients, food, beverage, supplements, or nutrition markets
  • Interest in working in technical sales / business development / innovation
  • Strong analytical skills and organizational ability
  • Advanced Excel (tables, charts, data analysis, BI creation)
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Intermediate English
  • Ability to work with multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
