Requirements

Master’s degree in a health-specific or health science related field or equivalent professional experience.
5–7 years of professional experience in research development or federal grants management.
Deep knowledge of federal agencies and grant programs (e.g., NIH, HRSA, SAMHSA, DoD).
Prior experience in an academic sponsored programs setting is highly preferred.
Proven track record in federal agency proposal development.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and research synthesis tools.
Strong project management skills (Certifications like PMP or APMP are a plus).
