Financial Planning and Analysis

• Support all deal negotiations with Retail partners through financial analysis, scenario planning, and creation of cash flow and P&L financials
• Maintain proper due diligence and corporate governance pertaining to contract compliance and deal negotiations
• Assist Sales through internal approval process and review proposed contract language to ensure commercial, legal, and regulatory compliance
• Create presentation materials for Executive audiences that are clean, polished, and succinct
• Prepare ad-hoc financial models to help assist senior management in more informed decision-making
• Size strategic growth initiatives and prioritize against portfolio of alternative options
• Present to executive leadership team with ability to unpack complex concepts in simplified and easier to understand ways.
• Craft the message based upon the intended audience
