About the role
- Support the strategy and optimization of early-lifecycle and engagement journeys
- Design high-impact onboarding and engagement experiences that drive activation, product adoption, and long-term retention
- Support strategic vision and performance of onboarding and engagement journeys across CRM channels
- Work closely with Marketing Operations to translate lifecycle strategy into executable campaigns
- Continuously test and optimize for impact
- Understand customer behavior, identify friction points, and design journeys that guide customers from first touch to long-term value
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement roles
- Strong experience designing onboarding or engagement journeys within a CRM platform
- Comfort working with performance metrics, funnels, and experimentation frameworks
- Experience partnering with execution teams while owning strategy and optimization
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills
- A test-and-learn mindset with attention to detail
- Strong project management and organizational skills
