About the role

  • Define and execute the strategic Marketing and Sales plan for the Pet line.
  • Manage revenue exceeding BRL 100 million per year.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and investment plans by product.
  • Develop pricing strategies by channel, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
  • Develop and implement commercial campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Lead business plans with major retail chains and key accounts.
  • Conduct market analyses and audits to define strategies.
  • Manage the launch pipeline and portfolio evolution.
  • Coordinate with areas such as Development, Regulatory, Production Planning and Control (PCP), Manufacturing, and Procurement.
  • Control the marketing budget and the ROI of initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine (mandatory)
  • Postgraduate degree/MBA in Marketing, Management, or related fields
  • Specialization in Digital Marketing and E-commerce
  • Solid experience (5 to 8+ years) in strategic marketing and sales management in the veterinary market or pet industry
  • Experience managing P&L
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Experience negotiating with large retail chains.
