About the role
- Define and execute the strategic Marketing and Sales plan for the Pet line.
- Manage revenue exceeding BRL 100 million per year.
- Prepare sales forecasts and investment plans by product.
- Develop pricing strategies by channel, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
- Develop and implement commercial campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
- Lead business plans with major retail chains and key accounts.
- Conduct market analyses and audits to define strategies.
- Manage the launch pipeline and portfolio evolution.
- Coordinate with areas such as Development, Regulatory, Production Planning and Control (PCP), Manufacturing, and Procurement.
- Control the marketing budget and the ROI of initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine (mandatory)
- Postgraduate degree/MBA in Marketing, Management, or related fields
- Specialization in Digital Marketing and E-commerce
- Solid experience (5 to 8+ years) in strategic marketing and sales management in the veterinary market or pet industry
- Experience managing P&L
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Experience negotiating with large retail chains.
