About the role

  • Own the onboarding experience for both new and expanding clients, serving as the strategic and operational lead throughout implementation.
  • Design and execute tailored launch plans, lead client-facing workflows, and ensure seamless implementation across both complex (Epic-integrated) and non-complex environments.
  • Focus on accelerating time to value and optimizing client workflows prior to handoff to the dedicated account team.
  • Develop and execute customized onboarding launch plans for new and expansion clients
  • Lead client-facing discussions with RCM executives, operators, and technical stakeholders
  • Configure and implement solutions within the maxRTE platform
  • Conduct workflow testing, validation, and optimization
  • Analyze performance data and proactively recommend improvements based on best practices
  • Partner cross-functionally with Client Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in both product and industry
  • Represent the voice of the client internally to inform product and operational improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in onboarding, customer success, account management, consulting, or a similar client-facing role (SaaS or healthcare preferred)
  • Experience navigating complex healthcare software integrations (e.g., Epic or other EHR systems)
  • Strong ability to quickly understand provider workflows and the broader insurance ecosystem
  • Excellent communicator, able to translate complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Comfortable managing technical implementations and client-facing documentation
  • Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and bring a high level of ownership and initiative**
