Operations

• Lead internal Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and enhancements
• Validate workflows against documented requirements and expected system behavior
• Identify defects, edge cases, and usability issues prior to release
• Partner with Product and Engineering to support release readiness
• Assist with Prior Authorization manual workflows and definition of automation requirements with Product and Engineering teams.
• Identify trends or recurring issues and proactively flag risks
• Validate production fixes and post-deployment changes
• Assist with incident response and post-incident reviews
• Run proof-of-concept test files for prospective customers in collaboration with our Sales team to demonstrate system capabilities and validate data.
• Act as a liaison between Product, Engineering, and Support teams
• Improve internal documentation, test scenarios, and processes
