About the role
- Customize and develop applications in ServiceNow for operational and real estate management using JavaScript, GlideScript, and integration strategies.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and transform them into scalable and functional solutions.
- Perform system integrations with external tools and platforms to ensure a seamless workflow and data consistency.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for coding practices, application configurations, and change management.
- Conduct testing to validate functionality and performance of developed solutions in the ServiceNow environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in ServiceNow and Nuvolo technologies, implementing improvements as needed.
Requirements
- Candidates must be U.S. citizens or hold a Green Card.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust.
- 4+ years of experience in developing applications within ServiceNow.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules, particularly around IT services and Nuvolo implementations.
- Proficient in JavaScript and frameworks associated with ServiceNow development.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or similar certification is preferred.
- Proven ability to analyze requirements and provide innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively in a remote team environment.
